2010 Message

Dear friends and potential clients,

We begin with news about our prices, which we are happy to announce will not be rising this year.  Plus all clients who book with us in 2010 will receive coupons for use in Bayeux shops - worth 25 Euros in discounts off purchases of car rental. meals, excursions, souvenirs, chocolates, wine and calvados.  There is more information about this on our Tour Prices page.

We have a new member of staff joining us this year, so please see here for details of this appointment.  The best companies use experienced guides - do your research thoroughly and make sure the "guide" you book meets the standards you require.

As most countries appear to be heading out of recession we expect 2010 to be a busy one,  and "demand will outstrip supply" for much of the summer.  By which we mean that some dates will get booked up early and late-comers will end up being disappointed because we have no spaces left on our tours.

We're always sorry we cannot help everyone who contacts us, but we're not like a museum or art gallery that can squeeze a few more people inside.  The situation is when all our available staff are working and all our vehicles are on the road there's nothing we can do - when we're full we're full.

To avoid this problem we simply urge you to e-mail us as early as you can in your planning, the earlier you do, the more chance you have of getting the tour you want.  Of course we do have some last minute cancellations and we do have some spaces available at short notice, but not always, and please please don't grumble at us if we cannot fit you in.  Our reputation is based on the high quality of our tours, and maintaining that standard is of paramount importance.
